Thank you for choosing Aafiat Wellness. We strive to provide high-quality wellness, Ayurvedic, and herbal products. Although we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your order, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Our team is here to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free replacement or refund process.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of wellness and herbal products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- The product delivered is damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item or quantity).
- The product is expired upon delivery.
To qualify:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Clear photos or unboxing video is required as proof.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products with tampered packaging
- Digital wellness programs, diet plans, or consultations
- Products purchased during offers, discounts, or clearance sales
4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund time: 5–10 business days.
- In some cases, store credit may be offered instead.
Refund will NOT be issued if:
- The request is not approved after investigation.
- Customer fails to provide required evidence.
- Item is used or not in original condition.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, expired product), we cover the shipping cost.
- Returns due to customer preference (change of mind, not liking the product) will NOT be accepted.
6. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Digital services (diet plans, consultations, assessments) cannot be cancelled.
7. Missing or Incomplete Orders
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the package and invoice.
Once verified, we will resend the missing item.
